Every plan includes identity checks, integrity signals, and scoring with written rationale. The plans differ on how many agents you run and how many candidates you assess — never on what the product can do.
Assess twelve candidates in March and none in April, and you pay $60, then $0. Credits you already bought are still there in June.
An agent is one role you are hiring for. You describe the role once and NorthAssay drafts the assessments that go with it — the multiple-choice screen, the written exercise, the live interview. Archiving an agent frees the slot, and archived agents keep their scores.
One candidate is one person assessed by one agent, however many assessments that agent contains. Someone who takes the screen, the exercise and the interview counts once.
You are charged when a candidate submits, not when you invite them. An invitation nobody opens costs nothing, and neither does an assessment somebody starts and abandons.
